The senior citizen guy that is a manager there and answers the phone need to retire or quit one. This guy has the most rudest attitude and demeanor. I have never talked to someone as hateful, mean, and rude as him. Every single time you talk to him he sounds as if he hates the world!!! Alot of people dont like or care for their jobs but when it get to the point you acting like him you need to quit! Why get a job dealing with people if you dont like people! Never knew the grinch was real till now!!!

I called and was met with the most rudest man I have ever spoke to. no decorum no, likeliness to help. Acted as if I didn't know why I called. Would not recommend.

Something is not right with her the system or the people who are in charge of the system. Be three years ago I call to check my placement on the waiting list and I was number four then I called about three months ago and they told me I was number 10, I just got off the phone with them today and they tell me I'm number 16 how does a person with five kids waiting on a four bedroom go from number four on the list to number 16? That baffles me I don't understand. Are people getting pulled it up on the line for some reason and others getting placed back? Something is not clear in the milk. Prayerfully someone looks into this and everything is sorted out because me and my children need this just as well as anyone else!
