Probably would not recommend I have called them on 2 separate occasions. They came out to look at my water damage problem. Both times shoreline said they would get back with me and that never happened. I called left messages still no response. And maybe you tried to get ahold of a different number but it was not mine. A worker of shoreline (Mark) came out to look at it in 2024. And nothing was said then. And the time you are referring to when I called before was in 2023 (different issue) and nothing was said about working on a manufactured. Then reasone sshoreline gave me at that time was that the job was too small for them to take.

I was under contract to sell my house, and during the home inspection process the inspector found mold had developed in the attic from the bathroom exhaust vents not being properly vented out of the attic. I called Shoreline and they quickly responded, sending someone out the next day to review the job and provide a quote. They were able to work me into the schedule so that nothing was delayed in the selling process! It was one of the best experiences Ive had working with a construction company! I was out of town, luckily they have a great software that I could review the quote, sign, and pay them all from my phone. They will always be the first ones I call in the future! Where do we begin? We have a rental property and our renters son hit our garage last April. Our house insurance told us that the renter had to make a claim with his automobile insurance. What a nightmare that has been. We can not thank Dan enough for all his help. He went above and beyond helping us out dealing with the insurance company. They only wanted to give us a very small percentage of what it would cost to repair our garage. Dan helped us with fighting with the insurance company to get the amount to fix the garage. He made several calls on our behalf to help us out. Dan has a lot of knowledge in dealing with insurance companies. Now 10 months later after numerous calls we got our garage repaired. Dan and his crew did an excellent job repairing our garage in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and professional. They cleaned everything up at the job site and left it in immaculate condition! Dan is a blessing and we cant thank him enough!! He is very much appreciated!!! We would definitely recommend Shoreline Restoration and Construction to anyone that needs work done!!! Jeff Hunter

Absolutely top notch team! From our first experience with the estimate, all the way to the completed project. I love my new door. I appreciate the time your team members take making sure everything is just right and what a great job they did cleaning up and removing all the old materials. Will definitely call Shoreline Restoration again. Great job guys, I cant thank you enough for making this such an easy process!
