        Horrible my grandson was sick extremely high fever needed to be seen but wouldn't because he had a balance which he didn't they just billed it wrong last time and was supposed to be fixing it. Totally rude uncaring and absolute jerks

        Drove an hour to get there, just to be told their at Capacity. Meanwhile they you wait in your car to be called. All that should have been told to me when I called about Information.

        The best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. They were short staffed and only one provider working due to COVID staffing issues, but still made sure to take all the time I needed for my visit. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful, the provider was great, did not rush, made sure I understood and agreed to the treatment plan before I left.

        Been here well tried to take my daughter here 3 different times on 3 different occasions and all 3 times I’ve been told they couldn’t see us even though there open for several hours still. Plus it’s the only urgent care that takes my daughters insurance
