        Do not use the finger print kiosk here. Although it is not the fault of the UPS Store, but they have this piece of garbage in their store, so here we are. The kiosk provided by Sterling Identity is not calibrated correctly, capturing only partial prints when it is actually able to detect the finger. Calling Sterling I was told a wait of four minutes, followed by a 10 minute wait and then being disconnected. Horrible service.

        I would just like to say thank you to one person who works here. Everybody is friendly at this location, but there is one person who might be the manager. She is always complementing her customers trying to brighten their days!! I want her to know her compliments dont go unnoticed. A compliment has been given to me in the past, but Ive also witnessed her give compliments to other customers while I was waiting in line. She can tell a simple gesture can brighten somebodys day. Thank you for spreading kindness!
