We are writing this review and providing a recommendation from our storm water drain repair project that was performed by Sewer and Water Specialists Inc. (SWSI) on 4/18/2023. We recommend SWSI for sewer/drain repair projects because the work they did for us from the beginning to the end was reasonably priced, completed in a timely manner (as promised), and it was of high quality. As scheduled, a SWSI team of Josh (Project Manager) and Todd arrived early in the morning and we did a walk around before work began. The team dug up the pipe that was causing the sinkhole and then inspected the entire length of pipe with a camera. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing potential solutions for our problem. The team then called in Richard and Maurice to hydro jet the entire length of pipe before replacing the the damaged section and filling in the hole. Cleanup after the job was was good. The severe thunderstorm with heavy rain and 1 inch hail that we had on 6/15/2023 tested the repair work performed by SWSI and it passed flawlessly. In summary, we'd like to offer our recommendation and extend a big THANK YOU to SWSI. Glenn & Kathy
