Okay place to live but you better watch management they will do you dirty

I moved in November 8th, 2021 and paid a full year's rent including other move in costs. New lease started December 2022. Because I moved in during the month there was a credit on my account and spoke with vice president who gave me a total due on November 1, 2022, which I paid in excess including water and pet fees. I don't cause any problems and pay all my bills on time but they're taking me to court to evict me for nonpayment of rent. All payments are verifiable and have been submitted. The management team here is very unprofessional and unreasonable. No one can see the mistake and they're taking me through unnecessary court proceedings because of it. I'm the least of their worries with all that goes on in this park. It's been a complete horrible experience with this new team and poor communication. I would not recommend this site. I can go on and on but this is relevant.

Nature house save yourself a headache and live somewhere else. We had so many issues while staying here. First ants were coming in from everywhere. The maintenance men just place stuff under the sink. It caused those things to spread into the bedrooms. There was a horrible smell in the master bath, someone went under the trailer but claimed he saw nothing. The front door wouldnt close good, so when it rained it got inside, which made the door hard to close, we had to use our body. The front office was aware of all these issues. Then on top of all of this, fleas got inside the house. My body is still covered in scars. We sprayed and everything. The fleas were horrible, management did absolutely Nothing. When we moved, management claimed we dinged the walls and with other damages , took all but $160.00 of the refund. This place is not worth the headache and stress. This was a Horrible experience. Give the option for zero stars please.
