Fantastic!! Rob went above & beyond for us. Rob is your guy. If you need to find a home (to buy or rent) in a day, a week, month or a year, Rob is your guy. In this erratic time we're living in, with folks having to sell or being evicted due to shutdowns, or if you've found the home of your dreams but have a lot of competition, Rob comes thru because he knows how to talk to Sellers & Landlords. People like him & one of the best qualities in a good salesman is selling yourself 1st & the rest is a sinch. Not just that but he truly cares about each & every person whatever their situation so he's ontop of the game, he lets you know about new homes that come on the market (for sale or rent) before everybody else knows & acts fast if its what you want. I'm a renter & we're seniors & disabled & our property owners decided to sell the house from under us in this so-called "sellers market" & we would've been lost without Rob coming to the rescue for us. We literally had our pick of some great houses & when we chose one, Rob was there during the signing, went thru the rental with us to do the checklist to make sure everything was in good condition & pointed out important areas of the lease for us & was very he.pful & thorough. I hugged him so many times for helping us so much,, somebody asked if we were related haha but we're not. Rob helped us & went above & beyond. Rob is your guy.
