Kathy did a lot of extra work to help with the sale. She arranged for someone to come and do some yard clean up, a cleaning lady to clean the place after I moved out, etc. she made suggestions about things to improve saleability but was not pushy about anything. And she got me a buyer fairly quickly at the price I was hoping for. So all told I'm very satisfied.
