        Dropped off a Toro push mower, on 21 Mar 24, needing an oil change and a new blade. Called on 1 Apr 24, saying its ready. For a $400 mower when new, I was charged $133.25...when asked about why it was so expensive, I was told the mower received a blade, oil change, new spark plug and new air filter, the last two I didn't ask for, plus labor. First time I've ever used this business, and will definately be the last. Charging 1/3 of the cost for the new mower for general maintenance, is ridiculous. Lost this customer.

        Horrible service. Took them 6 weeks to evaluate my mower. And Roger's could not fix my mower. Do NOT take your mower to Roger's for repair. I would give ZERO stars if I could!

      Rick, I'm sorry if there was a problem with your machine when you left. But if I'm not mistaken it had been done for over a year and you just picked it up. If I'm wrong please correct me, but in any case all you had to do was let us know and we would have checked it out again. Again we are sorry.
