        Extremely disappointing store cant believe we lost Sprint for Trash-Mobile. Nobody was helpful they said I can do it all myself online and unwilling to deactivate my phone even(what are you getting paid for?) this problem I tried fixing three different occasions and yet still getting bills from them and I havent even made a phone call in months switched to Verizon and you should too. And yea not getting another cent from me!

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to cancel lines in store that can only be done with customer service or online.
