I actually booked a room somewhere else and even after asking about the pool, when we arrived it was green so I canceled and called here and Heather was so helpful and got us in and was so pleasant! The pool was great, the rooms were clean, everyone was so friendly! When we need a place to stay during construction on our home we will stay again! Thanks again! Rooms: Very clean and stocked Noteworthy details: Everyone was very nice and helpful Heather don't change for anyone you were amazing thanks! Very nice family hotel!

call what i believed to be front office they answered phone with quaility inn asked for weekly rate , n two day rate went with two day reservation when checking in something wasnt right i only had a one day reservation asked about it was told it was through a 3rd party i said no i called here after talking to manager at check out he said there was nothing he could do gave me number of 3rd party they would never answer i got a single room for 124.00 for one night regular rates were 71 a night which was way overpriced will never stay at a quality inn ever again

These are the best rooms for the price in the area. Beds are comfortable, walls aren't too thin and most importantly it's cleaned. More impressive then the "stay vs value" is the customer service we just received. My work required a additional stay that was unexpected. I walked in with 3 other guys, there was already 2 people ahead of me and at least 5 more walked in (a hour before check in) and the phone was ringing. The lady working the desk (Heather) was very polite, friendly and handled the chaos with total class. I work at DTE often and this the only place I'll consider staying going forward
