I spoke with the Glass Doctor individual by the name of Rob, while simutaneously having USAA's Safelite glass repair representative (who is an exceptionally nice and competent guy) on the line.
Rob would not allow me to complete even a sentence without speaking over me. In the 3-way phone call Rob seemed to be suggesting that he was going to hang up the phone after I asked him to please not speak over me.
In my opinion and based upon my experience, I would not recommend this franchisee to my worst enemy.
