NAPA Auto Parts - M 50 Truck Tractor & Auto

Bought a radiator from NAPA a few years ago. It supposedly has a lifetime warranty. NOT SO. I just talked to them, they now call it a "limited" lifetime warranty. They said it is pro-rated and because the national average for miles driven is 12,000 a year. This vehicle isn't driven anywhere near 12,000 miles. They said therefore, the warranty is considered expired. I wrote miles on the receipt when I installed the radiator. I have 25,500 miles on the radiator. Besides, how would NAPA know how many miles I have on it? It not like they asked. I believe either the employee doesn't know where talking about, or he has been trained to lie to the customer to screw them out of the warranty. Ok, NAPA, you got me. I promise you won't get another opportunity.

This store is an absolute joke and I will never do business with them again! I ordered & paid for a part online for same day delivery, it didn't come in. The counter worker said it would be there no later than 10am the following morning. So I arrive at store 10am, worker says "our internet is down we can't sell it to you" as I am looking at the part on the counter and I have a receipt that I paid for the part in full and I can't take my part?.....they said no. I asked them to take my name and # and call me when I can come & get it, they said "we don't do that" Now it's Monday and at 9am I get an email saying that my order was cancelled. I call online customer service and they tell me that the store put it in as a customer requested cancellation.

Didn't have the part, but it was for a tractor not a car, at least they looked and tried to find an alternative
