Sterling Pointe Apartments

if your apartment floods they will “terminate“ your lease with less than a week notice to get your stuff out. i was living in a lower level apartment that flooded 8/25/23. I went 2 weeks without updates. They have changed the locks to all the basement apartments that flooded so we can’t get to any of our belongings while they are working. THIS IS ILLEGAL. During said clean up, they somehow damaged the fridge and freezer and thawed and spoiled all of the food. I kept it there because no one could give us any updates on if and when we could return to the apartment . They couldn’t care less about the extremely difficult financial burden they have caused all the residents living in these lower level apartments that flooded.We were not informed that these apartments have a HISTORY OF FLOODING and was not informed that our renters insurance wouldn’t cover flooding . We haven’t received any info on when the repairs will be done, if we owe any rent, and who’s responsible for the electrical bill with their huge numerous fans running 24/7 to dry out the place. . The A/c unit is in the bedroom closet and leaks regularly. They refuse to help with laundry expenses after the a/c soaked all of my clothes TWICE. The dishwashers overflows a couple times a month as well. There’s roaches. Year round. Maintenance NEVER shows up with tools. Any issue I’ve had they come by, and then go get tools. The paint on the walls is layered on so thick I can push chunks off with a finger, which is from replacing the dry wall multiple times from flooding. This place sucks and is over priced for how small they are.

Sterling pointe apartments was a really great apartment to live in. Sonya was so thorough with every step and process. This was my very first apartment and it was the best one to live in. Al was also very helpful through it all . The pool and laundry room is very useful and its a quiet neighborhood . I wouldnt hesitate to come back and live there again. Overall I enjoyed and loved living in those apartments as a first apartment too ! :) Im going to miss living in those apartments for sure !

Just want to share our experience with everyone! This was our very first apartment and it was the best experience ever! Super responsive and supportive during our entire move in. Super friendly and would not hesitate to move back in here in the future. Sonya and Al are the best!

Great place to live. Pretty quiet. Grounds are well-taken care of. Everyone keeps to themselves. Upgraded units are nice and modern. Management/maintenance have alot of units to handle so if you've got an issue just remind them and be patient. It will get taken care of. Pets are allowed, all shapes and sizes. Would recommend

I've been here for a little over a year and I've had absolutely no issues. Sonya is so amazing and so friendly. Al is always around if you need him. I'm also so close to my work. I live alone with my cat and it is so peaceful. I plan on staying here for many years to come.
