    ZERO STARS!! Ongoing, Unbelievable terrible service! The state should shut this pharmacy down!! Several months ago my Dad was seen in Grayling for a respiratory infection and the rx were sent to the Mio Rite Aid pharmacy this was before 12 noon, I took him home and called a couple hours later to check if it was ready, no one would answer the phone, called the pharmacy multiple times, finally went there and was told they didnt have it, called the clinic and was told it was definitely sent, then told by a cashier that they couldnt fill it today, WTH!! We should of went to Walgreenss in Grayling! He lives in Fairview so I started calling the surrounding pharmacies.The Rite aid in Lewiston said they could fill it but would need Mio to send it, and they wont even answer the phone to their own corporate neighbor pharmacy, so I had to call the clinic back and have them send the rxs to Lewiston. The pharmacist in Lewiston even said it was terrible service in Mio. This last week 2/7/22 I called the pharmacy to see if my Dad had a new rx for his BP med on deck, since his current rx bottle said no refill, and his Dr authorized 1 year of refills last September, and again no answer to the phone after multiple calls and there is a message that continually repeats because no one will answer the damn phone! This message is from COO JIM PETERS saying they value their customers and are working hard to SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Major FAIL JIM!!! Do not expect any level of service at the Mio Rite aid! Again they should just shut it down!!

    I am a medical assistant and each and every one of my patients who uses/has used this pharmacy has been extremely displeased. They refuse to fill one patients life-saving medications for no apparent reason, and another patient only receives her daily medication three pills at a time for no reason whatsoever. I have tried to call to discuss these gripes with the pharmacy many many times and not once has anyone answered the phone. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially those requiring very specific life-saving medications or simply those who expect the phone to be picked up when you call.

    Awful service, been in the drive-thru for about an hour. Pharmacist seems to have forgotten their is a line. I’m watching all the inside customers getting served as I’m waiting

    They dont answer the phone and I have tried for over a hour. When you get to the store to you have to wait in line in pick up just to find out if they even received the prescription from the doctor. I understand and see how much they have as a work lord but this is ridiculous they need more staff, only two people working in the pharmacy is nuts. It is just too much of a work load. The lack of staff has been a problem for way too long now. If you cant keep staff then there is a real issue.
