Kroger

They used to stock a lot of organic food, it was really great, they even had an organic section. Now they have a little organic that is hard to locate in the store, it's spattered all over the store, and difficult to find. they are phasing organic products out of the store. Example, no more organic creamer, they need more room for conventional products. Miltons organic crackers, no more. They are slowly phasing out organic products. It's too bad, now I have to make trips to Whole foods or Fresh Thyme market.

Good store aside from the rude assistant manager at the guest services desk. I have never seen such rudeness and lack of professionalism in a retail store in my entire life.

Our local Kroger is going downhill. Lots of bare shelves, produce is mediocre at best, and prices are higher than all of the other local chains. We are mostly boycotting it, but with gas prices so high, we still have to visit sometimes because of the location. Things need to vastly improve or it will become a complete ban. AND their website doesn't work so I can't get the digital coupons. Extremely dissatisfied.

I love Kroger but this location has the worst customer service. Whoever at the Delicatessen today is extremely rude. I asked to cut for 3 lbs of ham but she made the experience is really bad. Wont ever comeback

This store has been going downhill for sometime. Now they are no longer staffing the U-Scan terminals. I went into this store mid-day recently and attempted to use the U-Scan thinking that it would be quicker than the normal checkouts. I quickly encountered an issue during my order and couldn't locate an employee for assistance. At first I thought they were assisting another U-Scan customer. I put the problematic item aside and continued scanning the rest of my items. I periodically looked up to see if I could locate a staff member for assistance but could not find one. I then noticed that the person across from me on the U-Scan was stuck on her order and could not complete it. After I had scanned all of my remaining items I started looking harder for a staff member for assistance. I then realized that almost everyone on the U-Scan was stuck on their order waiting for assistance. I went over to the normal checkouts to get the attention of a Kroger employee to see if we could get someone to assist us at the U-Scan terminals. The cashier angrily responded that they were at the customer service desk assisting other customers. So apparently the U-Scan now takes a backseat to the customers with the complex and lengthy issues at the Customer Service desk. If the U-Scan terminals are open there should be a staff member available to assist the customer's at the U-Scan. Waiting for the Customer Service desk employee to get a break from her customers to come over and manage the U-Scan is unacceptable. Eventually I just gave up on the possibly of receiving assistance in a timely fashion and abandoned my uncompleted order at the U-Scan and went to a different grocery store.
