Be aware your reservation can be canceled at any point. This is not a fault of the employees but of the way the system works. The employees were helpful and we ended up having to upsize our tool rental, this in turn cost more. It could have caused logistical issues with the help I have coming for the job if there was not another option,and with the increased size of the tool being transported. Luckily it did not, but this is an obvious flaw in the system as my reservation was made two days out.
