We were introduced to Jodi by our realtor in PA who researched several local realtors in the Midland area for us and recommended her. Jodi is a good listener and responds promptly when contacted. She knows the greater Midland area real estate market well. She was also candid in advising us if a home seemed over priced. She was very helpful in pointing out important home features on our tours that we overlooked. We eventually found our desired home in Clio which is well outside Jodi's normal sales region. But she handled the sales process as efficiently as if it were in Midland. We spent several days in MI over the Christmas holiday working with Jodi and by the time we left to return to PA we had our new home and at a price lower than what we expected to pay. We highly recommend Jodi.
