        Owning a home was my lifelong dream, and given the tough real estate market, I thought it would be a distant goal. Feeling a bit disheartened, I kept attending open houses with hope, and that's how I stumbled upon Modern Realty. At one of their open houses hosted by Glenn Wyman, I shared my dream, and he responded with such kindness. Glenn not only said, 'I'll hold your hand and guide you through homeownership,' but he truly meant it. Glenn Wyman is the most patient and caring person I've ever known. Regardless of being just an average person with a basic 9-5 and no college degree, I believe that if I can make homeownership happen, anyone can. The key is finding an agent like Glenn who's passionate about helping regular folks like me achieve their dream of becoming homeowners.
