Kroger Pharmacy

I filled a prescription for the 1st time and forget to tell the pharmicist this. When they realized their and my mistake the young lady with red hair tracked me through the store. While struggling to protect someone's privacy she found me and I was able to get my prescription filled. I was very sick, came in an hour before closing and they did everything to help me.

They never have your prescriptions ready when they say they will so you have to make another trip they are useless

Two of four workers had a mask on the one technically had a mask but was on his chin as you can see. Should be reprimanded immediately.. I wear a mask for ten hours a day at work and would never get away with this!! But the pharmacist wasn't wearing one either..very unprofessional

Love Kroger Pharmacy. Always had good service and everyone is so polite.

Though the staff is generally professional, the operating procedure of this pharmacy is to wait until the customer arrives at the store before they begin to fill a prescription, even when a refill has been called in - and even when a time has been given by the automated refill system. Since this is now a known problem after having to change to Kroger due to insurance, I just wait until I either get the text telling me my refill is ready, or until we need to shop. If staffing is an issue or if other circumstances dictate the inability to guarantee a time by which a refill will be available, the automated system should be changed so as not to offer a time at which the prescription will be available.
