        Outstanding staff! Always cheerful and polite. Dr Ford is excellent in his field and his bed side manor is like no other Doctor Ive seen. Hes calming, and explains everything and is never rushed. The staff work so well together, they are like one big family and treat you like royalty the second you walk thru the door. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my smile!

        I was treated during the merger between Klomparents and Ford. My teeth were awesome, PERFECT, after braces. A month ago, an incident happened with my last retainer, leaving me without one. I did the after care, wore my retainer every night. It took them TWO WEEKS to get me my soonest appointment. By then, what was once my perfect smile, I currently have a slight gap in my front teeth. Very dissatisfied in their urgency in after-braces-care.
