Taking two stars away. Its 2024 men and women work 8-5 are bygone hours for a place of business that services the public. been trying for a week to get my glasses. But closed sharp at 5! Screw the working folk!

Very disappointed with this place. Started out good optometrist answered all of my questions and gave me a great eye exam. I was getting contacts and new lenses for my glasses. I waited 2 weeks and finally got a call saying I needed to bring my glasses in. Apparently the lab needed them to make the lenses. Had my wife take them in because I was busy that day. When she got there they told her they didnt need my glasses the lenses were on order. Later on that day they called me again and said they did need the glasses. I decided to go back in and figure out what was going on and found out they forgot to order my contacts also. Just got my money back and left.

Great place to get new glasses or contacts. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

For medicaid patients, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO if you want more than just basic standard care. standard csre cant hold a candle to this place at all. Nowhere in Midland can unless you go to somewhere with expensive insurance options. All three receptionists/the people that took my glasses measurements are so so kind. One lent me a hair tie so I could see how new frames looked with my hair up lol; the other two were just so kind, informative and super helpful and answered four questions I had regarding my new patient questionnaire. The doctor, who I unfortunately can't remember the name of, (young lady with long brown hair) was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I asked so many questions and she was so happy to answer them all with even extra info. Just love this place, and everyone here so far! Also, the frames covered by medicaid are good, but many of the designer frames NOT covered by medicaid are truly not even that expensive.
