Covenant Occupational Health and Wellness - Midland

Incredibly unprofessional and not at all timely. Had a baseline work physical there and it took just under 2.5 hours! Elsewhere it has taken less than 1 hour. Some of the procedures are outdated - I was asked to remove way more clothing than necessary for an ECG and no female tech was available. I refused to take off my sports bra and expose myself to a male tech in jeans and a t-shirt. They put up a lot of resistance to this. I was really uncomfortable. Everywhere else doesn't require clothing removal - pants and shirts are kept on. The experience was so bad I ended up having an abnormal ECG and had to have one redone on my own (it was completely normal when I wasn't being asked to take all my clothes off).

It's pointless to make an appointment with these people. Made one for 8:00am (when doors open) and have been sitting in the lobby for an hour.

I come here often and it's always fast. The worker she is always really nice and friendly.

Had a 9:45 APPOINTMENT... showed up early, was the only one there, and was filling out paperwork. A walk-in came in shortly after and filled out his paperwork 1 minute faster than me. They took him back first and said they fit walk ins in when they can because he turned in his paperwork first.. did not even regard the fact that I had an appointment! Did not get in until 10:30. Do not recommend unless you want to wait forever.

Very unprofessional. Waited over 35 minutes for a pre employment drug screening....only one other person in the waiting room the entire time I was there. Also called me after I left to ask if I took their pen. Seriously?! Dont use my cell phone number to ask me asinine questions!
