I noticed this office had a few 1 stars, but they could get me in right away and assured me that the office people that had the issues were gone. I scheduled appointments and got me and my boys in immediately. My wife had to get in at a different time. The first appointment with my 10yo I had mentioned that we are seeing an orthodontist, and he advised against that cause he was too young. He is not too young for consultation by orthodontist. My wife's first appointment they were 30 minutes late to start. I brought my son to a second cleaning they were 30 minutes late. I got to a cleaning they were 25 minutes late. I took my 1 of my sons to an appointment and they again started 20 minutes late, the hygienist was clearly running behind, and my sons cleaning suffered cause she did it in less than 10 minutes. While I was speaking to the dentist, he said that my son in the other room has a cavity that needs to get filled. Well, I only had one of my boys there. This dentist is way past his prime, using outdated technology in an office setting from 1998.
After the final cleaning for my son I posted on social media about how I was looking for a new dentist and Mark's girlfriend replied to my post with an immature comment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Unprofessional, lack customer service and zero concept of time.

Dr. Cadotte is an excellent dentist. His staff is friendly and helpful! Ive been going there since Dr.Cadotte bought the practice. Sally and Sarah at the front Desk are always a joy to work with and Jeanne is the best dental hygienist!

It felt like the receptionist wanted me to go away. New to the area I called this office as an in-network referral from my insurance. She first started telling me how lots of companies say they are in the network but aren't so I shouldn't assume it was right. However, I had already told her who the insurance company was so she ended with "...but yours is in network". So odd... she then wanted to tell me the doctor would be out the next few weeks so there are no upcoming apts. I told her that was fine I'm not in a hurry. She then started saying they had a long wait until Jan or Feb for cleanings. This would have been fine too but at that point between her annoyed tone, lecture, and weird vibe that she was listing excuses one at a time to get me to go away, I just hung up.

Friendly, professional staff greeted us. Dr. Cadotte was very thorough and provided detailed explanations about what was going on with my teeth. I was so impressed that I took my mom to him for help with her dentures and he was able to resolve her problems.
