Premier remodeled a bathroom in our house that had an incorrectly mounted ventilation fan and had developed mold as a result. The company offered a wide selection of replacement parts for our bathroom and then installed them expertly. We would recommend them to anybody seeking work done on their kitchen or bathroom. We bought cabinets and had them installed. The cabinets look nice but we would not use Premier Kitchen and Bath again because of the poor communication between the company. There were a lack of updates on the time line of the project. Three things that stand out is the installer trying to convince me that I would not be using a storage space above the vent hood as a justification not to install a spring stop. Second, was a wall measurement that was 2.5" off and the installer stating that the company must have been trying to get us the biggest cabinet possible for the space, he then tried to convince me that the door trim should end at the countertop as if I had a choice at that point. Lastly was the saleswoman rushing me out of the showroom when I gave her the final check stating that, "she was on her way to the computer to send the paid in full receipt for my records", guess what I never received. That was the final straw and what drove me to write the review. I would recommend a box store installation over having to deal with the communication and personalities of this business.
