        This agency cashed an escrow check for my mortgage insurance and then took an EFT for my mortgage insurance. It has now been almost 3 weeks and my funds havent been reimbursed. I keep getting the run around and they are not answering the phone when I call during business hours. Very unprofessional!!!

        My 85 year old father contacted this agent to make a claim as a result of damage to his home sustained in the 2020 flood; the agent denied the claim, forcing him to contact Farm Bureaus Corporate Headquarters, which paid the claim.
