        So sorry to see Cafe American close for good. It truly made its mark on Midland and became a community favorite for many years! The food was ALWAYS amazing and the owners, Bill and Maria, became like family to mine. This place closing is a huge loss for Midland and it will be missed by so many! I wish Bill and Maria the best on the next chapter of their lives and hopefully, they never stop cooking! 😊❤

        Delicious food they have everything you can think of. The soup, salads, and sandwiches are to die for. Busy during lunch hours, but worth it if you have the time. last time I was there I ordered the Gyro and it was great staff are friendly and its a cute cozy cafe style restaurant.
