Had another company "repair" my brand new stove without success. After 3 failed attempts and only 2 of the 5 burners operating properly I was at the end of my rope. First Appliance was willing to come take a look even though I am 4 miles outside of the service area. The technician came out and spent time on the phone with whirlpool (which the last company refused to do) He diagnosed the issues with all burners and was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the parts were back ordered with no ETA and before they arrived the control panel died and whirlpool finally replaced the lemon. The only delivery I could get from whirlpool was outside their normal service hours and the tech agreed to come out and do the install anyway as I would have been without a stove for a few days otherwise. He installed and adjusted the stove and every burner works as expected. I can not say enough positive about this company!

They called just before they arrived, found the problem in minutes, had the part in their vehicle and were all done in about a half hour. Friendly guys very efficient.

They cancelled on me back-to-back days and then told me their next available service appointment wasn't until 5 days later. The second cancellation I had to call them and ask where they were. The office wasn't able to get ahold of the technician right away, however, the tech called me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment was over and said he couldn't make it in (this was on a Monday) and that no technician would be available until Friday, 5 days later. Stay away from using them.
