Dave brings all the numbers to the table and does his research. With these numbers he creates a great deal of trust in his knowledge of the market. He doesn't flood you with the numbers to try to confuse you, he explains them in a manner that helps sellers understand what they should expect. He was also very helpful with dealing with a Trust my mother had before she sold her property.
