Carveth Village LLC

I use to love working this job - My coworkers (most of them) were wonderful. However, the family Management is very rude and unprofessional. They treat their staff poorly and disregard concerns brought to them pertaining to residents health, needs and safety. They verbally abuse staff in person and on the phone and harras you for calling in sick. No matter if you're working 50-60 hours a week. They have at one point fired approximately 20 clinical staff in a period of 8 months. They have ignored and allowed bullying and theft. The clinical staff and kitchen staff are the only reason this company is worth anything. They go above and beyond their paygrade to do what is right and ethical for the residents. Please be cautious working here or placing your loved ones here.

Carveth is a place of love and laughter! This facility has been a part of my life for 24 out of 26 years as my mother has been working here since the doors have opened. I see it as a second home to me, a place of growth and encouragement, a path that has led me from volunteering to becoming a part of the Carveth staff itself. We are family taking care of families!

We had no intention of ever moving my mother-in-law to any assisted living facility, ever. However, she didn't want to "burden" us by living with us so this was our only solution. It was very hard for us to move her to Carveth Village but since she has been here, we have been more than impressed with the care and compassion that she has received from the AMAZING staff here. We continually see that the staff takes care of her needs and wants, and they can be demanding at times! We can't say enough about every single staff member that tends to her needs and knows her by name. I would recommend Carveth Village to anyone that needs this type of care!!!
