    My internet went out. I called and they apparently hit a line while running fiber optics. I called back 31/2 hours later and they had no status or information on when it will be back on stating they have no update. Where is the continuity in this company? Very un- professional. You would think someone has a handle on this. The right hand has no idea what the left one is doing!

    I specifically stay with this company because I like being able to call and quickly and easily connect with an actual person who can help resolve my problem. That said, its always two steps sideways with these guys. Call to complain that my cable box keeps putting up these pop-up messages, they put in a new cable box that doesnt put up the old pop-up messages, but now puts up new ones all the time. Then they want me to do some planned upgrade so they want some guy to scope out my house, and I schedule on my one day off during the week, the guy shows up and doesnt bother to knock just concludes no ones home and leaves again. Then I called and asked why he was leaving and they said he mustve seen all he needed to and then they wanted up leaving me a voicemail anyway that he just thought no one was home and left. Like mad frogs in a bucket.

We understand how important our services are and, like you, we want everything to work perfectly all of the time. We work hard to prevent all disruptions to service, but when something does happen, we respond as quickly as possible. That is why we have local teams available to address these types of challenges. When you contacted us last night, we immediately dispatched a crew. The season and also the time of day presented us with some additional challenges, but we did not stop. We knew this was a problem that couldn't wait until daylight and so our team continued working until the issue was resolved around 10:30pm. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.
