Ive been going here for a little while now. I always leave feeling like the doctor listened to what I said, and immediately thought this persons unstable. They dont know what they need. I know what they need. I understand you are a doctor. However when I tell you I was doing the best on these three specific types of medication, and that Id like to get back to that, your solution should not be to throw random new medications at me from different classes. My health has been deteriorating due to the length in time between each prescription, and you are actively not listening to me when I tell you what I need to feel better. Please listen to your patients when they tell you what they need. They may not be professionals but god damnit we are people, and my health should be your priority, not being right. Im using an alt account to write this review anonymously in hopes that when I return for my next appointment, hopefully your Drs will take more care to listen to their patients, and maybe they will actually take what they are saying into account like they are meant to.

I just had a new patient visit and saw Dr. Kelly Gries and her MA Dawn. I love them both! Theyre very kind, took their time with me, listened to my concerns and were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I wish the office was closer to where I live, but I will definitely continue to see them in spite of a bit of a drive.
