        I had a sewage backup in my basement this morning. I did a search and found Motor City. When I spoke with the gentleman named John, he was professional and most important of all, courteous. The tech that was sent was on time and did a great job of cleaning all the nasty back up. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for the prompt service John. Service: Sewage cleanup

        So at first we were pleased until a few months later everything started falling apart. First when they replaced carpet I said please not the cheapest carpet also not the most expensive well 2 months after job was done carpet was worn down. They replaced walls but when they put back up stairs railing it just came off because they put it on straight drywall no studs. You can see all around the house were they did patch work on the walls in the house. Also they parashoot our wood floors didn't reseal it so we had one weak and now that part the floor is Warped. Look nice at first very soon we realized how sloppy. And before we realized all this we had them come fix a couple things and they seemed very irritated mind you we paid$60,000. More issues but no need to go on please just be very weary cuz some people seem very happy. The owner seems very knowledgeable and nice I also don't know if he was here while work was being done. Also workers left taco bell in the house with a window open so before we moved back in and had ants and a bird. Also hasn't even been a year I didn't respond cuz when we first called and ask fir things to be fix they were annoyed and I just didn't want confrontation but I've had it on my heart to say something so I did. Thank you very much for the replie we will be in contact have a beautiful day. Services: Flood restoration, Remodeling, Mold inspection, Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup, Painting, Mold cleaning

      We are sorry to hear there is certain things you are not happy with. Now had you called to express any issues we would have gladly taken care of it. We do not like to have any customer displeased. If you would like to contact us about any concerns please do so and we will get it taken care of for you. We did everything you asked for plus more and everything we did carried a warranty so I do not understand why you wouldn't have reached out with a punch list of concerns.
