I enjoy living in Marysville Villa Estates. It is very well maintained by our maintenance man Eric. I love the new sign at the entrance of the park. I am also grateful for that a dumpster is provided for extra removal of large items. Also most neighbours are friendly.

Have lived in Marysville Villa Estates for almost 2 years now. Love it here. I have some awesome neighbors. Rachel up front is very nice & very helpful. New maintenance guy Eric is doing a great job keeping the place looking great. Will & have recommended this park to several friends & family.

The "managers" who are in office 2 days a week here are a joke as well as the "maintenance man" rob who parks his truck at the office and sits on his phone all day doing nothing. Was once a 55+ community but more and more young folk are moving in. No longer peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Park managers are so pathetic that they need to bribe residents with the chance to win a free turkey if they leave a 5 star review, knowing they won't earn a legitimate 5 star review from anyone. I would be embarrassed if I was in charge of this place. Edit: apparently there is a new maintenance man named Eric that I was unaware of. My apologies for that, I sure hope he is better at his job. Getting rid of the old maintenance man was the ONLY good thing the park has done.
