        Great place to live. Lots of green space for pets and kids. Maintenance and office staff always help whenever I call or put in requests. Neighbors are friendly. The apartment is just right for my son and I.

        Without exception, life at AG has been the most unique experience. Being on the St. Clair River, I love hearing the low rumble of Great Lakes freighters as they go by. It's a comforting sound which elicits images of ports of call. It's a unique facet of living on a great connective waterway. As a newcomer to Marysville, I knew no one. The girls (women) in the Office opened their doors to me, giving me a welcoming place to visit. Hospitable and inclusive, Jane and Kirsten are very kind not only to me, but to anyone who needs help. I've seen them reach out - going beyond the norm - over and over. They don't have to stretch as far as they do to not only give people a roof over their heads, but sometimes - change the direction of a life. It's something to be noted. Plus - they are funny as Hell!!! Together, they are worthy of a sitcom! No wonder so many tenants stop in to visit. The maintenance guys are so sweet and helpful, too. Just nice guys who make you feel like family. They add to a collective ambiance of warmth, which is so inviting to us residents. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the only person who feels this way, but you guys have become like family. Thank you for making life at AG such an unexpectedly happy surprise.
