This isn't some place you just call with inexperienced staff. These guys know what they're selling and why, and Matt totally understood the challenges I was up against repairing my now obsolete 2011 Lexington Forge freestanding gas fireplace. I can't say enough about the excellent service I received. They had the OEM pilot assembly I needed and even had answers about other issues I was having with the unit. He even took extra time to research a couple things and got back to me.There's also the availability to text photos to them if need be. He exceeded my expectations 1000%. Needless to say, it's toasty warm again in my living room tonight. Thanks again, Matt!

I ordered a new receiver box for my gas fire place because mine had gone bad because of leaking batteries. I called and talked to Mark because I couldn't get it to work with my remote. He said it could be my remote is old and won't take the new codes. He sent me out a new remote and they paired up right away. Thank You Mark and crew.

I called Allparts this past Friday just before noon to order parts for a 16 year old Mr. Buddy forced air kerosene heater. Mark Cramer personally answered the phone on my first attempt. I had a pretty good idea before I called of my parts listing but Mark confirmed everything, took my order over the phone, and shipped my parts the same day via UPS Ground. Additionally, I e-mailed Allparts on January 1st, when most people were off of work, and Jaimie responded within hours regarding a motor assembly question. Allparts has incredible customer service. You can definitely tell that they care about their customers, have a wealth of knowledgeable experience, honor their commitment to ship same day, and are priced very competitively. Thanks to Mark and his Team for an incredible experience.
