Im surprised to see the negative reviews in regards to the PA Nicole Blaauw. I have been seeing her for 3 years and I absolutely love her. She has been friendly and relatable, and so nice to talk with. She always listens and answers my questions. I always leave there, wishing I couldve spent another half hour talking with her! And her recommendations have helped get my IBS under control. I cant say enough good things about her!

Do NOT receive "care" from here. Nicole is absolutely rude, unprofessional, and honestly negligent. I've had severe digestive problems since I was young and Nicole told me I, quote, "just have IBS that I need to manage better." She stuck me on multiple medications and nothing worked. She VERY RELUCTANTLY wrote me a referral to Mayo Clinic in MN, during which she told me "they won't find anything" and that I was "wasting my time." I went and found I have pelvic floor dysfunction, need 2 weeks of PT and after that, more tests. I may have hirchsprungs disease or colon dysfunction on top of that. NOT just "IBS I need to manage better."

PA Nicole did not listen to our concerns. Told my husband to lose weight and come back in 6 months. Charged me for a 1 hour visit and seen us less than 10 minutes. When I called about the bill was told they charge for looking at our chart before entering the room.

During the height of COVID (2020), I was on a 6mo+ waitlist at another area digestive dr. After a friend told me about this clinic, I was able to get in within a couple weeks. Friendly staff! Great care!
