What service is impacted? When? Circuit ID?PFN has 24/7/365 support via 888-564-8881 (found on www.pfnllc.net) where a human answers to assist customers with their Service.Thank you!PFN Follow-up on 8/11/2022: Hi Kyle-- We were not able to find you as a customer in our system. Are you able to provide more information so that we may investigate this fully? As stated above, we have a 24/7/365 tech support line where you speak with a human being and not an automated service.
