        We too stumbled across this pottery shop. Enjoyed talking with the artist and learning about their firing techniques. Brought home a couple of youper light rocks also. Have traveled extensively and have never seen pottery like this. Its definitely worthy of a stop. Our piece is a treasured item from our recent trip.

        We stumbled upon this studio while leaving Presque Isle Park. They have some beautiful pieces of pottery done in a unique style called Raku firing. The lady working was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny. She gave us the history of their pottery and how its done. I ended up buying a piece made by her son that I really liked.
