Sometimes the mail gets delivered at the wrong houses but the mail providers are nice.

Over 10 years here, and you still deliver my mail to the wrong address. Lucky the people that usually receive my mail AND packages- are nicer than the ladies in your front office. If i could rate you 0, i would- Mostly because you treat people looking for valid help in locating their mail- like dirt. Other than receiving what mail i do get- i avoid your office at ALL expense. Brooklyn office runs things without a hitch, and They Are Friendly.

I have always supported the local postal service and enjoyed going in the office from time to time to chat with the wonderful ladies there. I have been patient over the years with mix ups, lost mail, ect. That being said; with the way I was just treated at the post office its no wonder they're going under. I no longer support the united states postal service. Time for a Universal delivery system and maybe do away with the paper waste as much as possible.
