No notification of them being closed due to weather conditions, so I went out in a blizzard to my store to be there for delivery, wait all day, finally call, get a message on answering machine that they're closed? Still waiting for today's delivery, 6pm no word from anyone, office closed. No way to find out if that truck is even coming today. SOM needs to get us a new liquor distributor!

Absolutely terrible. No call backs, no deliveries. No other choice to order from thanks to MLCC and they take advantage of that.

Three consecutive orders not delivered, and then to find out that if an order isn't delivered, it is wiped off the books. Who runs a business like that?

worst customer service ever.When an order/truck doesn't show up for a scheduled delivery, they don't call to inform you. When you call then either don't answer, they don't call you back or they can't give you answers as to why the delivery never came. This has happened to us twice in a month. The worst. So unprofessional!
