Could not have asked for a better experience. I worked with Caleb and Dan through the whole process of browsing their selection, making my purchase, and then shipping & picking up my flooring.
They had an extensive selection of vinyl that was matched by their knowledge of the products and industry.
When I had a hiccup with my delivery, Dan worked to make sure there was no stress for me and found a favorable solution.
I will definitely be back to purchase in the future and will refer all my friends and family to them.

Unfortunately we have had bad customer service. We purchased a new home last April and ordered new carpet throughout the home. Dealing with Tommy was great for the initial order, however the install was unsatisfactory.
Since the carpet was installed we have repeatedly called and asked for the installers to come back and fix the poor job. Pictures are below. Carpet looks like it’s coming up in areas and the seam is not sealed.
Each time Tommy stated he would get someone to come out and now nearly 10 months later still nothing.
That is unacceptable and unfortunately we have had a lot of people ask us about our carpet and although the price was great, the contractors hired are not.
So disappointed.
