Convenient check out wears gloves and handles food out the oven and register. Nice! Lemonade seems great! Four stars, nope two stars, being nice Response from owner, no, I will not email your company directly. Ill gladly let this complaint about poor hygiene stay public. Covid killed this place. This place used to be my go to, I work around the corner. Was always pretty expensive but used to be worth it. When a former manager left and went to Culvers, this place started to go down a little but about 2 months after that Covid hit, after the closing orders were lifted this place didnt reopen right away and when they did it has never been the same. Service is ok, but the food is now gross. Been back about 5 times since the pandemic stuff and every time its been terrible. No longer even close to being worth the prices they charge. They need to just permanently close. No one I know goes here anymore.
