        I would recommend not using this builder. As others have commented absolutely no communication, took a downpayment of substantial amount never did any work and noted he spent almost all of down payment on things that could not be proven. Do not build with them.

        Good man but hardly answer any phone call and eventually will never call you back. May be busy but unfortunately its not nice to not to respond if you are in service industry ......
