I took my daughter to this location to open an account and purchase a phone. Marcie was very helpful and helped us out with a great deal.

I went to the Madison Heights location, and Marci helped me out twice, once for my daughters phone ( end of last year) and just yesterday for mine. She went above and beyond on 2 separate occasions and this is the only location I'll be going to, customer service is top tier!!!

I paid my bill and was happy to have everything taken care of quickly. Plus they where nice to me and the store was clean

Worst place you can go to. The lady there said she is the district manager and then she said she was the owner. They dont know right from wrong and they are super rude. I would rather stay with Verizon and pay an extra 120 bucks ever month than to deal with that attitude ever again. She was also rude to the other customer that was before me. Then the other guy was just sitting there not helping a customer but just sitting there looking around. I have called their customer service number and filed a complaint after the so called owner said that she cant help me anymore. -100/10
