Delta Plumbing and Mechanical

Horrible service. I called looking for someone to hydrojet the sewer line after it had backed up. After 15 minutes they gave up and charged 600 like they're giving me a deal, then said they wouldn't be able to tell me the extent of damage or work needed without digging underneath my house and that I would be looking at around a $10,000 job. I had another company come, and with a combination of snaking and jetting cleared the line completely and checked the entire line, that was all that was actually needed. A large root in the sewer drain section underneath my house had caused the backup, which I saw on camera and which their hydro-jetting cleared. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They spent more time bad-mouthing another company that did work for me (it is true I had issues with them which was why I needed someone else) than they did actually trying to fix the problem. Unprofessional and dishonest. Especially if you don't know much about plumbing, look elsewhere or you risk being taken advantage of. After the other company fixed the problem, I called Alex back and asked for my money back, and he claimed that their 15 minute effort that did nothing was 'industry standard' and that there are no guarantees. I am on a budget so I do check around, and after talking to a number of different plumbers, I found that hydrojetting normally takes at least 1-2 hours, and can be more. I believe mine was about 2 hours.

I had a sewer line that had been blocked and John and his crew came out right away and took care of the issue in minutes. They were very polite, friendly and cleaned up everything for us. He came back 2 days later and installed a new toilet for us. Very professional. I am having John and his crew back to install a new hot water tank. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone..

Hot water heater died and by the end of the day Delta Plumbing had a new one installed, up and running. Great work, friendly employee's, cleaned up and were reasonably priced. Will definitely use for any of my future plumping issues. Service: Water heater installation
