Community is a dump, they dont care about their neighboring subdivisions. Trash along fence lines, dead trees hanging over others property causing damages.

Used to live there. Lot rent went up constantly. Encountered a lot of people that really tested my character. Had some good times and memories .

I have lived here for 4 years now. This place is horrible!. One year they charged us a $75 a month fee for not having a lease when in fact we did have a lease. When I brought them a copy of the lease they kept my $900 saying that they just wasn't going to raise my rent that year. I put in 3 work orders before I got a maintenance issue fixed. And now the same issue is happening again. They NEVER plow the streets when it snows. We had a violation for allowing my sons girlfriend to park in the street. No big deal except literally every trailer down this street park in the road. Sometimes it is so bad we have trouble getting our tiny car out of the drive way. Our violation said we would be evicted if it happened again. After living here this long and never using the amenities, we asked to use the club house for a birthday party. We were asked for a $200 deposit. No problem! The space was great. The party was wonderful. Now when I say I cleaned this club house, I mean I cleaned. I was told that the place was trashed. I am being charged $100 along with the party goers for Saturday. I was informed that they watched the camaras and since my guest used the stair's and the office door to enter the building and they could not see on camera who did anything else, (something was messed up with the fridge but it definitely wasnt from our party) When our lease is up we will definitely move out. If you are thinking of living here, DON'T. It is all about money here. The park the road is better. Cheaper. And better amenities. Just saying. Best of luck.

I lived in this community for over 4 years. It is one of the most beautiful manufacture homes I've seen. They have new and used homes offer a exercise room, pool, club house a huge pic nic every year in August for its residence with food petting zoo ponies etc. They also give book bags for the children for the beginning of the school year. As for pricing it can range from $800+ for a new model also you can buy mine was starting price $50,000. Lot fees are around $550 (estimate if u choose to buy) I had a new one 3 bdrm 2 bthrm with a garden tub. When browsing later at their used models they were even nicer. The staff is friendly and work hard to meet your needs. DOWNFALLS: Water is included in the bill u have to pay them not the co. They DONOT wait to serve you court papers you could easily be evicted in a month! The materials used to build the homes is cheap meaning a hole could happen easily screen doors do not last or molding detach by no fault of yours and you better cut that grass or a ticket! Buuut new homes come with all appliances even washer n dryer. Close to all schools and provide bus pick up. If you love shopping this is the area for EVERYTHING!
