I learned about Granite and marble Depot, Inc. From some friends of mine, I have dealt with several stores in the 23 mile Hayes area, but my experience with Granite and marble Depot was outstanding very very nice sales people so knowledgeable The gentleman that came out was extremely polite, and the installers were very quick and cleaned up after themselves to a T definitely would recommend this company

The selection and service is unparalleled! I have used them for three projects now (media room, mud room and makeup vanity), and all turned out perfectly. I strongly recommend this experienced and super friendly team!!!

Customer service is off par. When you have a quote good until June 20th and they raise the price by 900$ within 10 days of you selecting your granite. You should honor the price you originally quoted. Customer service is not on par here. It was a cheap place but now it's not even competitive with other vendors. The original quote is in the photos for 1500$ (good thru June 20th in writing.) Then all of the sudden we go to put a deposit down and it's 900$ more dollars making it around 2400$ total. BEWARE. Even after all this drama in response to the reply below. We ended up finding another great place that gave us a quote for 1600$ for the same bianco white piece we had gotten quoted It was a small mom and pop shop who were wonderful! As in response to below. On my quote it said good until the end of June. I had come in a week later! You dont write up a quote and change the price a week later. Truly despicable.

In 2021 we used this wonderful family business for a bathroom countertop and when we decided to do the kitchen (March 2024) we went straight back and didnt even shop around. Frank and Lydia are so professional and sweet that theyre like family now. Their installers were polite and friendly, the job was done in a timely manner and I got exactly what I wanted, with no hiccups. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Jacey, its unfortunate you left us a review like this especially after how nice we truly were & explain to you what happened. You were pretty upset that day... We will always quote anyone for material we have IN STOCK and if it is gone and we have to re order material, it is not up to us to decide what the new cost will end up being. I am sure A LOT of other counter top companies wish we can all make up our own prices when dealing with wholesalers. COVID price surges were happening like crazy! I also explained that quotes are good for as long as the material is here. What you see as far as dates on the quotes is what our system generates, it has nothing to do with customers. But I wish that day you would've left a voicemail so you didn't have to drive up here and waste your gas. When we are busy with customers we cannot walk over and answer phones so we rely on customers leaving voicemails & we will get back as soon as possible. Take care & we wish you the best of luck!
