Called the company left voicemail and emailed, no response. Called agian talked to Russel set up appointment for March 9th 2024 at 10am. No call and no showed.called no answer. Gald i found out before we hired him. Waste of my time on a saturday.

So far so good. Just at the quote stage. I am very intuitive. I really liked Russell. He was honest, sincere, not over selling anything and quite helpful. I actually gave him two more referrals.

Work was fine and completed as scheduled. That said, Im still waiting for final receipt and explanation for additional costs for labor and materials. Communication has come to total stop after they were paid. Does not bode well if any warranty work might be required. If you use these people, get absolutely everything in writing. Not sure any other clients would have approved the state of yard after completion much less logic of their explanation of wall height. Wheres my receipt?
