Got a quote in 2020. Saved my money. Called to schedule in May of 2021. Told me I was on top of the list. I had a written quote. Lol. Im still waiting and its January of 2022. I called a dozen times and was told someone would get back to asap. For sure the 1st week in December 2021. Still waiting. Terrible customer service. Found another reliable company.

I have used this Furniture Medic location multiple times for clients requiring repairs on their cabinetry. Each client has always been completely satisfied with the work that was performed.

It was a terrible experience. Waited 6 months for them to come and install the cabinets. Also, were threatening me through letter and email in regards to payment. Would never recommend them ever!

Bob is a liar and a cheat. He never contacted me when, in his opinion, my antique cabinet could not be repaired. His delivery men claimed it was warped when manufactured. Realy?? He charged the 3rd party insurance company for repair. Go elsewhere.

Had Bob come out to our company to give estimate to repair office chairs, we issued purchase order and never heard back from them. Contacted multiple times over the course of weeks and not one response. Ended up cancelling the purchase order and finding another company to repair our chairs. All it would have taken was a simple email stating that they were no longer interested in doing the repairs... not the way to do business, especially since they've done repairs for us in the past and we were pleased.
